About the role

OpenAI seeks a Strategic Sourcing Leader to guide the Professional Services sourcing team, shaping category strategies and delivery plans. You’ll work with Finance, Legal, People, and Extended Workforce to drive outcomes and develop the team's judgement and independence. You will oversee a broad portfolio from strategic advisory to high-volume SOWs, remaining hands-on in critical negotiations while enabling the team to own delivery at scale.
