About the role

ALSO is seeking a Sr. Staff Electrical Engineer, High Speed Design, to lead hardware architecture for next-generation lightweight EV platforms in Silicon Valley. You will own embedded system design, HDI PCB layouts, and high-speed interfaces, while driving EMI/EMC strategies and validation across cross-functional teams. The role requires a strong track record in high-density PCB design, MCUs for embedded systems, and mass production readiness.
