Job Description: Job Description HVAC Sales Technician Patriot Heating, Air & Fuel Oil - Bucks & Montgomery County, PAFull-Time $28 - $45 per hour + Commission and Spiffs $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Year-Round Work This is a service technician job for someone who is good with homeowners and wants their pay to reflect it. On top of the hourly rate, you earn commission on the repair work you sell and spiffs on top of that. We are not looking for parts changers. We want a technician who looks at the entire system, tells the customer the truth about what it needs and why, and gives them a price to make it right. How it works Do a thorough evaluation of the customer's whole heating and cooling system on every callEducate the homeowner on what the equipment needs and whyQuote every honest repair. We do not quote anything that is not neededDo the repair work and complete the ticket on a company iPadWhen a customer decides it may be time to replace the system, you hand it to our sales department, and you are paid if it sells What you need 3+ years of residential HVAC service experienceStrong diagnostic skills. You cannot recommend the right repair if you cannot find the problemComfortable working on oil boilers and oil furnaces, or willing to learn.
