About the role
- Collect and arrange information used to prepare complex reports, presentations, and related documentation.
- Provide administrative support to program office staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
- Maintain organized filing and document control systems.
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines using strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with program staff and customer representatives.
- Assist with document tracking, distribution, and records management.
- Support Navy program office, Field Activity, or contractor administrative functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE: • Associate's Degree in a business related field is preferred. Three (3) years general experience in collection and arrangement of information used to formulate complex reports, presentations and similar documentation. • One (1) year of experience providing support for a Navy program office, Field Activity, or contractor. Experience should demonstrate organizational skills as well as efficient time management and the ability to multi-task. Good oral and written communications skills and well as proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software applications.
