The ideal candidate is an exceptional individual who excels in both project and customer management. This person adeptly handles escalations and conflicts, turning complex situations into opportunities. He/she is also a master in matrix management, motivating and driving internal and external teams to success. This professional is highly skilled in enforcing project management framework & tools with a CAN DO attitude, and demonstrates independent and self-managed capabilities. He/she is preparing comprehensive plans for EVERYTHING, including strategic and tactical plans, based on risk analysis and mitigations strategies. Also, projects monitoring and professional data driven status reporting, are key strength points. He/She drive the organization to continuous improvement and learning mode, with respective initiatives and culture. This individual excels in working with and managing large enterprises customers, understanding their processes, constraints, budgets and all related aspects, leveraging this knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and sentiment during the implementation phase.Let’s get down to business: What You'll Do:Manage large scale projects E2E from initiation to closure, for enterprise customers.Enforce the Shield project framework methodology internally & externally while managing the projectMaintain direct contact with customers and build long term relationship, with project teams and key senior stakeholders from the customer sideCustomer management during the project life cycleManage project scope, plan and content control inbound and outboundInbound matrix management of various tech disciplines - integration engineers, QA, R&D etc.Manage risks and create the respective mitigation and contigency plansDefine, prioritize, negotiate and communicate customer requirements inboundEnsure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.Requirements: Experience and Skills: Minimum 4 years of experience in managing large scale projects with enterprise customersExperience in managing complex technical systemsExperience with working in a global SW / Product companiesStrong multitasking capabilitiesAbility to work in a highly fast-paced work environmentCollaboration with external and internal stakeholdersProficient in analyzing project metrics and making data-driven decisions.Willingness to travel abroad from time to timeDetail oriented and well organizedExcellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skillsRelevant Academic backgroundOh hey, you made it all the way here! So, in case you were wondering, Shield is how compliance teams in financial services can finally read between the lines to see what their employee communications are really saying.  Our platform analyzes digital interactions to fight financial crimes and mitigate a toxic workplace environment. Shield is a post Series B startup ($35M) with some of the largest financial organizations in the world as investors and customers. Shielders listen more intently.
