About the role
To support a growing portfolio of Enterprise clients, the full-time salaried Enterprise Care Specialist will guide new and existing accounts through education, setup, and successful onboarding of training offerings, while serving as a liaison with sales and customer support teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for Enterprise clients, establishing strong partnerships with stakeholders
Drive early success for new clients through proactive onboarding and account setup efforts
Develop client success plans to identify business goals and ensure achievement of key milestones
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2-5 years in a customer-facing support role, preferably with enterprise clients
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for managing documentation and operational workflows
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to learn new technology quickly and efficiently
