About the Role: We are hiring an Account Manager to manage an assigned portfolio of life and health insurance clients and keep every relationship healthy from first policy through every renewal. Working remotely, you will hold virtual and phone consultations with individuals and families, review their existing coverage, and recommend adjustments as their needs change. This is a salaried position with a dependable base salary plus performance incentives, so you can concentrate on serving your accounts well rather than chasing the next sale. You will be the steady point of contact clients count on year after year.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage an assigned book of life and health insurance clients as their primary contact
  • Run scheduled virtual and phone reviews covering current policies and coverage gaps
  • Prepare and submit applications, then shepherd them through carrier approval
  • Track renewal dates and reach out ahead of time to keep coverage active
  • Coordinate with carriers on policy changes, billing questions, and service requests
  • Keep account records, notes, and documentation current in the CRMQualifications
  • An active Life & Health Insurance License held in your state of residence
  • Prior account management or client-facing insurance experience preferred
  • Careful attention to policy details, dates, and carrier requirements
  • Clear, patient communicator on video calls and over the phone
  • Disciplined about follow-through in a remote work environment
