Key Responsibilities for the Inventory Coordinator: Process daily inventory transactions including transfers, allocations, purchase orders, receipts, and fabrication activity. Maintain inventory data within the ERP system, including cost adjustments and location updates. Reconcile consignment inventory and prepare recurring inventory usage reports. Generate and distribute inventory reports to support operational decision-making. Participate in physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations. Manage open purchase order reporting and coordinate with purchasing and logistics partners. Qualifications for the Inventory Coordinator: 2-5 years of inventory processing, inventory control, or inventory management experience. Experience working in a high-volume inventory environment.
