About the role
To support a growing portfolio of clients, the full-time Certified Industrial Hygienist Project Manager will manage industrial hygiene and health and safety consulting projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while expanding client relationships and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage industrial hygiene and health & safety consulting projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and client communication
Conduct technical industrial hygiene work, including exposure assessments, air monitoring, and hazard evaluations
Evaluate client facilities for compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements while supporting business development efforts
Required Qualifications
Certified Industrial Hygiene (CIH) credential required
Bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene, occupational health, safety, environmental science, public health, or a closely related field; advanced degrees preferred
10+ years of progressive industrial hygiene, EHS, or consulting experience
Strong experience in consulting, project delivery, and client management
Deep technical knowledge of OSHA/CalOSHA regulations and workplace investigations
