Position Highlights: Award winning medical system in the Southeast is recruiting for an experienced Cardiology APP to serve the needs of the Scotland and Richmond County communities. About The PositionCombined Inpatient/Outpatient position, Mon-Fri schedule. Inpatient responsibilities include new consults, stress and nuclear test supervision, follow-up visits, and early discharges. Outpatient responsibilities include new patient clinic visits and follow-up visits along with timely administrative tasks in Epic EMR. Full-service cardiology practice – 30+ experienced providers in 6 clinic locations supporting 5 hospitals in the region. Qualifications: NP must be a graduate of a Nurse Practitioner Education program and have national certification. PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification. Prefer 2+ years of advanced practice experience Cardiology. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision making. Clean background, NC licensure, NC DEA, and AHA BLS certification required. ACLS preferred.
