About the Company: Join a growing custom apparel company known for high-quality products and a strong creative team. This is an opportunity to build a true book of business and grow your territory and earnings year over year.
About the Role: We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to sell custom apparel into souvenir shops, resort retailers, and gift shops across Louisiana! You’ll be responsible for developing new accounts, growing existing relationships, and driving territory revenue. This is a highly field-based role with significant travel, including prospecting throughout your territory and attending multiple trade shows each year. Day to Day Sell custom apparel and resort/souvenir merchandise to retail accounts and gift shops. Prospect for new business and build relationships with key decision-makers. Manage and grow an established territory or build out an open market. Conduct in-person account visits and attend industry trade shows. Build a long-term book of business and drive year-over-year territory growth.
What We're Looking For: Proven outside sales experience managing a geographic territory. Experience selling custom apparel strongly preferred. Experience selling adjacent products such as sunglasses, hats, flip-flops, tote bags, or stickers into resort/souvenir retail is also highly relevant. Comfortable with heavy travel and selling in the field. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Passionate about building a long-term book of business. Industry experience is more important than years of experience.
Compensation & Benefits: 1099: Commission-based; top reps earning $500K+ in high-volume territories. W-2: base + commission, with first-year compensation dependent on experience. W-2 employees receive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
