About the role

We are looking for a seasoned SRE who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking and organizational influence. The right candidate will think beyond support operations and approach reliability as an engineering discipline, using automation, resilience, observability, and data-driven metrics to improve business outcomes at scale.
Required Qualifications: 4-8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related disciplines. Strong expertise in:
  • SRE Strategy and Operating Model
  • Reliability by Design
  • Automation and Operational Excellence
  • Observability, Monitoring, and Telemetry
  • Hands-on experience across all four core SRE pillars:
  • Observability & MonitoringSLI/SLO/Error Budget Management
  • Automation & Toil Reduction
  • Incident Management & Resilience Engineering
Proven track record of reducing production incidents, improving service availability, and decreasing MTTR.Deep understanding of resilient engineering principles, operational risk controls, and large-scale distributed systems. Experience supporting complex Banking, Financial Services, or Payments environments. A top-performing candidate will: Have successfully led an SRE transformation within a large regulated enterprise. Implemented SLI/SLO/Error Budget frameworks at enterprise scale. Delivered measurable improvements in: Production stability Incident reductionMTTR reduction Operational toil elimination Reliability risk management Established engineering ownership of reliability rather than relying on traditional production support models. Influenced senior executives to redefine how reliability is measured, funded, and governed. Drive reliability outcomes through strategy, architecture, automation, and leadership, not just hands-on engineering execution.
