About the Role:
  • At Musely, we’re changing the way people access prescription treatments by combining science, technology, and personalized care to deliver prescription treatments for skin, hair, menopause, longevity, and more, all from the comfort of home.
  • We’re looking for a Performance Video Editor to create compelling, results-driven video content across paid media channels. You’ll edit both short- and long-form creative, using strong storytelling, motion design, and performance insights to capture attention and inspire action.
  • This is a hands-on role for an editor who can move quickly without sacrificing craft. You should be excited to experiment with new creative approaches, develop multiple iterations, and use AI tools to make your workflow faster and stronger.
  • What You’ll DoVideo Editing & Production
  • Edit short- and long-form video creative for paid acquisition campaigns across YouTube, Connected TV, Meta, Pinterest, AppLovin, and other digital platforms.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, typography, animation, sound design, and visual effects to strengthen storytelling and improve performance.
  • Adapt creative for different platforms, audiences, placements, and formats.
  • Balance speed with craftsmanship to produce high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
Creative Testing & Performance: Develop multiple creative variations to test different hooks, messaging, pacing, formats, and visual approaches. Translate performance insights (from our Growth team) into stronger edits and future creative explorations. Stay current on platform trends, creative best practices, and emerging paid-media formats.
Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with Brand, Creative, and Growth to bring campaign concepts to life. Contribute ideas during campaign brainstorms and creative reviews. Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while maintaining momentum and meeting deadlines.
Who You Are: You’re a strong visual storyteller with a sharp eye for pacing, composition, typography, and detail. You understand how to create videos that are both brand-right and performance-driven. You’re comfortable producing and iterating on multiple concepts quickly. You’re already incorporating AI into your video and motion workflow and can speak to what’s working. You’re collaborative, proactive, organized, and receptive to feedback. You’re passionate about democratizing access to affordable prescription treatments across beauty, health, menopause, wellness, and longevity.
Ideal Background: Professional experience editing performance-driven video creative for paid social, digital, and CTV campaigns. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable editing and motion-design tools. A portfolio demonstrating strong video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. Experience using creative performance data to inform future edits and testing. xhqgsiq Experience working in beauty, health, wellness, telehealth, or CPG is required.
