Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading petroleum company to support their search for an Industrial Lubricants Sales Manager in the Houston market
Compensation Based on Experience
Location Houston
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership regarding the overall success and management of the industrial lubricant sales team.
Formulate and monitor Sales Rep objectives, strategies, and action plans to ensure a strategy is developed to achieve budgeted volumes and gross profit margin objectives.
Working with the team on business development goals.
Maintain staffing levels by maintaining and hiring qualified employees.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience managing a lubricants sales team of territory sales reps
Current experience in the lubricants industry
Strong technical lubricants experience
Must have:
CLS, MLT, or OMA certification
P&L experience
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficient computer skills
