- Lead Direct Accountability & Tough Conversations: Guide owners and executive teams through behavioral change, addressing stalled deliverables and holding firm boundaries when owners resist necessary change.
- Drive Weekly Measurable Results: Track real metrics, real outcomes, and real behavioral transformation every single week.
- A Proven Business Leader: Hands-on experience managing teams, driving P&L performance, or owning and operating a business.
- An Active Listener & Empathic Communicator: Able to unpack owner frustration, validate complex team dynamics, and de-escalate client friction before prescribing solutions.
- A Firm Accountability Partner: Unafraid to lead direct, candid performance reviews and hold tough boundaries with senior executives with deep respect and trust.
- Practically Financially Fluent: Confident evaluating P&Ls, cash flow controls, margin analysis, and operational budgets.

- Executive Experience: 10+ years of business management, executive leadership, or business ownership experience (with 5+ years in management or consulting).
- Practical Financial Literacy: Proven ability to read P&Ls, identify margin leakage, establish budget controls, and implement 13-week cash management forecasts.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of increasing profitability, streamlining operations, and elevating team performance.
- 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Advanced degree, MBA, or professional certifications a plus).
- 💻 Travel Equipment: PC laptop and portable printer required for client on-site travel assignments.
- 💰 Competitive Pay: $100,000 to $125,000 + Bonuses (substantial six-figure earning potential).
