You'll thrive here if these values resonate:We Can Do That!We Do It Right!We Do What We SayWe Do It Better Next Time!We Do It Together!We Do It for a Greater PurposeRole snapshotEngineer advanced control systems for manufacturing cells: PLC programming, HMI development, and motion control.Integrate robots and safety systems into custom solutions and validate performance against requirements.Work shoulder‐to‐shoulder with mechanical, electrical, robot programming, and software groups to ensure seamless operation.Debug hardware and software during build, install, and startup; document fixes and lessons learned.Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards and contribute to risk assessments.Produce thorough documentation—redlined schematics, layout drawings, and user manuals—and support project planning and estimating.You might be a fit if you'reHumble: collaborative and appreciative of others' contributions.Hungry: proactive, diligent, and eager to take on more.Smart: emotionally intelligent, situationally aware, and practical.Experience that helps you succeedBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.5+ years leading controls engineering initiatives focused on automation and robotics.Hands‐on with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots (e.g., Allen‐Bradley/Siemens; FANUC/ABB/Yaskawa).Deep knowledge of motion systems, VFDs, and servo drives.Comfortable reading and contributing to electrical schematics.Familiar with Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and ProfiNet networks.Experience programming safety controllers or safety PLCs; knowledge of ANSI, NFPA, and ISO standards.Proven troubleshooting skills for industrial electrical control systems.Nice to have: Professional Engineer license or vendor certifications (Rockwell, Siemens).Travel and compensationTravel up to 40% for onsite build, commissioning, and customer support.The posted salary range represents an estimate for this role. The final offer will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate's specific skills, professional experience, and relevant certifications.
