About the role
Overview:
Candidate will oversee day-to-day schedule and activities of principal, including troubleshooting and adjusting plans as needed to provide consistent support of executive’s daily schedule. Candidate will exercise sound judgement and discretion while maintaining flexible availability and a solution-oriented mindset to promote efficient, timely and reliable management of calendar, appointments, travel and other engagements and meetings. Candidate will work closely with other team members to ensure scheduling items are aligned with principal’s family members when needed.
Candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Scheduling: manage principal’s calendar and schedule and confirm meetings, interviews and appointments
- Liaise with internal Travel Coordinator and/or book travel and arrange flights, ground transportation, and accommodations
- Responsible for making and adjusting reservations on behalf of principal
- Work closely with internal staff and external support personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for principal and his family members
- Research, compile and present options for family-friendly activities based on location
- Act as principal’s first point of contact and handle correspondence via email and phone while prioritizing important or sensitive matters
- Assist with processing expenses
- Assist with event logistics and planning
- Technical Acumen:
- Tech-savvy – ability to learn and effectively utilize software platforms-Asana, Microsoft Office, Ramp
