About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business for our Credentialing Workforce Solutions. You will own the full sales cycle and report to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals
  • Run discovery to understand client staffing needs and present tailored solutions
  • Build proposals, rates, and staffing plans with internal teams
  • Close contracts and hand clients off smoothly to operations
  • Manage pipeline and activity in CRMMeet or exceed revenue targets
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare
  • Experience selling healthcare staffing, credentialing, provider enrollment, CVO, medical staff services, or healthcare BPOProven prospecting and closing results
  • Remote work experience and ability to travel as needed
  • PreferredEstablished network with credentialing or medical staff leaders
  • Knowledge of NCQA, The Joint Commission, or CAQH processes
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $80,000 to $110,000, based on experience
Uncapped commission on new client gross profit, with accelerators above quota
