Job Overview: A law firm seeks a talented and experienced retail leasing attorney to join its Real Estate practice group in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in retail shopping center leasing and a proven track record in managing complex leasing transactions.
Duties: Negotiate and draft retail leases for a diverse client base. Advise clients on lease administration, compliance, and dispute resolution. Supervise junior attorneys and manage client relationships. Provide strategic guidance on leasing matters.
Requirements: At least 8 years of experience in retail leasing. Proven track record in managing complex leasing transactions. Experience in a large law firm or sophisticated in-house legal department preferred. Education Superior academic credentials required.
Certifications: Bar admission in the state of Ohio. Skills Excellent negotiation and drafting skills. Strong work ethic.
