Team Teacher and Behavior Therapist

This position offers the applicant an opportunity to help others, learn about behavior and become instrumental in changing the quality of life for the children you work with. Our animal partners are an integral part of the daily routine. This is a part time position. Hours may vary depending on the operating schedule, which runs from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM with different shifts. Opportunity to work with the horses and chickens Essential Responsibilities· Teaching a small group of students and individuals inside and outside of the classroom· Assisting in the preparation and executing lessons and resources· Assessing the students’ progress· Maintain an environment of respect, dignity, organization, and appropriate performance expectations.· Attending to children’s social and emotional needs.· Maintain data and educational records.· Attending scheduled staff training and implementing new skills.
