About the role
Lab Technician – Polymeric GroupFull-Time · On-Site Machining & Fabrication Lab Testing Polymers & Materials We're looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined Lab Technician to join our Polymeric Group. You'll be responsible for machining, fabricating, and testing lab samples — producing quality specimens and accurate data in a fast-paced lab environment. If you love working with your hands, take pride in precision, and have a strong mechanical aptitude, this role is a great fit.
What You'll Do:
- Machine, fabricate, and prepare polymeric lab samples to specification
- Conduct testing and analysis on lab samples; record and report accurate data
- Maintain quality standards throughout the sample production process
- Operate and maintain lab equipment safely and effectively
- Support lab operations and assist team members as needed
- What You NeedHigh school diploma or equivalent 4+ years of relevant hands-on lab, machining, or fabrication experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude — must be comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Demonstrated ability to produce quality samples and reliable data
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Nice to have:
Associate's degree in a STEM field Experience working with polymers or materials science
