About the role
To drive growth in the direct business, the remote Sales Vice President will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, RFP responses, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations with large and mid-market employers.
Key responsibilities
Represent the company's technology and benefits administration services to prospective clients
Cultivate relationships with consultants, brokers, and enrollment firms while developing sales strategies
Manage complex negotiations and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in a sales role
Proven success selling benefits administration or insurance products to mid and large market employers
Experience managing complex sales processes involving senior-level stakeholders
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
