Call Center Representative

Call Center Representative Hilliard, OH (Greater Columbus). Full-time. Join one of Ohio's largest and fastest-growing residential home-services companies. What you'll do Answer inbound calls, book and schedule service, build rapport with homeowners, and turn every call into a great customer experience. Capture details accurately and coordinate with dispatch. What we're looking for Customer-service pros who thrive on the phone and build lasting relationships. Clear communication, empathy, and reliability. Prior call center, scheduling, or home-services experience is a plus. Ability to pass a background check.
