About the role

Functional Dependence Senior Accounting Specialist, Finance department. Position subordinate Not applicable (N/A) Definition of the job The Staff Accountant (Manufacturing) provides critical day-to-day operational accounting support for Nutkao USA’s automated food manufacturing plant. Reporting directly to the Senior Accountant, this role acts as a vital financial bridge between corporate finance and plant operations (including procurement, warehousing, supply chain, and logistics). The successful candidate will ensure accounting precision, maintain tight internal controls, and support cross-functional workflows to optimize production and cost management. Activities Record and verify vendor invoices, including supporting documentation and Purchase Order matching. Record customer receipts and vendor payments and ensure proper application to AR/AP balances. Prepare routine General Ledger entries, including payroll-related entries, bank fees, credit card expenses and other recurring transactions. Perform periodic review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Monitor open and overdue Purchase Orders and Sales Orders and follow up with the appropriate departments. Prepare and update short-term cash-flow forecasts. Monitor OPEX and CAPEX expenditures against approved budgets. Maintain the fixed-asset register, including additions, disposals and depreciation information. Support the calculation of provisions related to inventory, accounts receivable and other business risks. Maintain insurance documentation and support policy renewals and related administrative requirements. Prepare monthly accruals and ensure expenses are recognized in the appropriate accounting period. Specific requirements for the work position Qualifications and prerequisite Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields. Early-career accounting experience or relevant internship/accounting experience. Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial transactions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to work effectively with different departments in a manufacturing environment. Ability to manage priorities and meet month-end deadlines. ERP/SAP experience is a plus. Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus.
