About the role

Stellios Technologies is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with the founder and support every area of operations. This role is based in Los Angeles or Austin and may start remotely, with a clear path toward operating leadership as Stellios scales. You will own recruiting and talent pipelines, oversee legal/compliance workflows with counsel, manage facilities and procurement, handle founder inbox and scheduling, and coordinate website and external communications.
