General Helpers3M Little Rock is seeking general helpers. This position is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Handling hazardous waste following appropriate plant procedures
- Operating heavy machinery and PIV's including, but not limited to forklifts and guzzler trucks
- Assist with production line
- Clean production area
- Load and unload items from machines, carts, and/or dollies
Required:
Possess a high school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
One (1) year of general labor, manufacturing, and/or construction experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process.

- Competitive salary starting at $21.22/hr.
