About the role
- Filing and management of GMP documentation.
- Cleaning of lab glassware.
- Prepare solutions, mobile phases, calibrate balance and other instrument as needed
- Maintain the system for sending equipment and instruments for external calibration.
- Escort vendors for instrumentation, equipment and lab maintenance.
- Assist with deliveries and pickups of gas cylinders, Dwyer gases, etc.
- Managing shipping requests.
- Order chemicals and lab supplies. Maintain ELN database for chemical inventory.
- Assist in 5S sustainability in QCA laboratories.
- Maintain good laboratory practices and GMP in compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
- Ability to work successfully in both a team/matrix environment as well as independently.
- Report lab event or deviation and participate in the investigation.
- Participate, support and facilitate site audits as directed and required.
- Perform other related assignments and duties as required and assigned.
- Associate degree and above 2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Prior experience in GMP manufacturing and laboratory operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and hazardous material handling practices.
- Ability of working cross-functionally across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a regulated environment.
