About the role

Our client is a top financial services firm in Manhattan, and they are looking for an organized and motivated Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join the team.
Responsibilities: Work closely with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders of all levels to schedule and confirm interviews. Keep hiring teams and candidates informed throughout each stage of the recruiting process. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and lead the execution and implementation of those enhancements. Support the planning, setup, and on-site participation for recruiting events, including conferences and career fairs. Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with candidates.
Qualifications: 1-5 years of broad-based HR experience or strong coordination experience in an EA role at professional services firm Bachelor's degree is required, strong academic record preferred Exceptional communication skills, both in verbal and written interaction The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
