American Workforce Group has partnered with a leading manufacturer of essential paper products in Longview, WA looking for a highly skilled Fork Truck Operator. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision and safety are the top priorities. If you are a night owl with years of experience behind the wheel of a forklift, we want you on our team! Description for Fork Truck Operator: Operate a forklift for approximately 70% of the shift to move large-scale paper rolls and finished products. Load and unload trailers with high accuracy and speed. Stage materials for production lines to ensure zero downtime. Perform general warehouse duties as assigned when not operating equipment. Experience with "Roll Grab" attachments is a significant plus. Details for Fork Truck Operator:
Pay: $18.00 $19.50/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday
Shift Hours: 10:45 PM 7:15 AMRequirements for Fork Truck Operator:2+ years of recent forklift experience in a manufacturing environment is REQUIRED.Roll clamp experience required to insure damage free roll handling with maximum efficiency Candidates must be "ready to go"this facility does not provide training for basic operation. Proven track record of safety and efficiency in a high-volume warehouse. Ability to work a consistent graveyard shift.
