About the role
To support a growing team of forensic professionals, the remote Forensic Property Consultant will investigate complex property damage claims, provide objective technical analysis, and offer expert testimony across various property-related forensic disciplines.
Key responsibilities:
Investigate complex losses, incidents, and property damage claims
Provide objective technical analysis and consulting services
Deliver expert testimony related to property-related failures and damages
Required qualifications:
Extensive industry experience in property damage investigations or related fields
Expertise in one or more forensic disciplines, such as structural engineering or fire origin investigations
Strong understanding of building codes and standards
Experience with litigation support and expert witness services
Passion for determining the cause and responsibility associated with property-related incidents
