⭐ What You’ll Do: 📞 Answer inbound calls from clients and provide exceptional customer service🔐 Assist with common account-access requests, including: Username and password resets Address changes Phone number updates General account and service inquiries🔎 Research questions and determine the appropriate resolution💻 Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers⌨️ Document customer interactions accurately while on the call🤝 Coordinate with other departments to resolve more complex issues📝 Follow established policies, procedures, and service standards📬 Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction🎯 Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, compliance, and customer experience✅
What You Bring
Required: 2–3 years of recent customer service experience Call center/customer contact center experience is highly preferred High school diploma Ability to type while talking on the phone Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously Experience using dual monitors Proficiency with: Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook Basic Microsoft Excel Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM (the data test will be provided to complete)Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to clearly understand and communicate with customers Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality⭐
Preferred Experience: Banking experience Financial services experience Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment🏢 Hybrid Schedule This position is hybrid, with:3 days onsite in St. Petersburg, FL2 days working from home Wednesday is mandatory onsite Monday or Friday is also mandatory onsite Your third onsite day can be selected by you💻 A company laptop will be provided.🕘 Schedule 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ETIncludes a 1-hour lunch.⏰ Candidates must be logged in and ready to work at 9:00 AM.The role follows a structured attendance policy, and reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.📚 Training Approximately 1–2 weeks of training Includes hands-on learning and mock customer interactions Training will prepare you to handle a variety of customer scenarios and systems📌 Important Opportunity Details 2 positions available Temporary assignment Extension or potential permanent employment may be possible based on business needs, but is not guaranteed Local candidates in the St. Petersburg, FL area only Candidates must have reliable transportation and reliable high-speed internet for remote work🔎 Background Check Candidates who receive an offer will be required to complete a fingerprint-based background check.
