Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This is an on-site role involving a variety of front office responsibilities such as welcoming patients, managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience in our practice.
Qualifications:
Strong Phone Etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes effectively Experience with Receptionist Duties, including scheduling and greeting patients Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as data entry, filing, and managing records Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills Customer Service experience with a focus on professionalism and patient care Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a dynamic environment Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is beneficial
