Mercor is hiring Corporate Designers for Project Style — an aesthetics project in which AI-generated knowledge-work deliverables (decks, docs, spreadsheets, PDFs) are reviewed and the strongest version is reworked until it is genuinely well-made, content and design alike, ready for client presentation. You will compare AI variants, score them on layout, spacing, typography, colour, and polish, then refine the best candidate and articulate clear, written justifications tied to concrete evidence
