Aramark Nexus seeks a Director of Hospitality Operations to lead the resident hospitality experience for a new large-scale workforce community near Hereford, Texas. This senior role oversees Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Recreation, driving a consistent, high-quality living environment across all departments. You will coach department heads and partner with Food & Beverage, Facilities, Security and HR, shaping standards, staffing, budgets, and service culture for a 24/7 operation.
