The Durst Organization seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel to partner with the Legal & Risk Management Department in managing residential leasing matters and supporting the Commercial Leasing Department. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and interpreting a wide range of real estate and non-real estate agreements while ensuring sound governance and regulatory compliance.
Ideal candidates have 3–8 years of NYC real estate law experience, with proven leasing, litigation, and negotiation
