If helping lay the foundation, breaking down blockers, and managing client expectations to deliver software solutions excites you, then join the About Objects team.ResponsibilitiesLead Agile development teams from project inception through delivery and beyond Effectively coordinate activities across multiple teams and support all inter/intra team communication Utilize best practices to track, report, and communicate status, risks, and issues to various levels of management Establish and lead agile ceremonies and provide proactive management of Jira board(s) Create and foster effective teamwork and working relationships for the internal team, cross-functionally as well as with leadership 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in technical project management or software development using Agile methodologies Expert Confluence and Jira skills both setup and ongoing execution Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to distill status/risk/issue information as appropriate Effective facilitator and presenter with a strong ability to operate and collaborate with cross-functional, distributed, and co-located teams Ability to adeptly manage through project dependencies and concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment with the ability to predict challenges to head off obstacles or escape appropriate Must be able to think critically and able to self-manage Bachelor's degree; SaFE and/or CSM, Agile PM cert a plus Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US Must reside in the US
