Position: Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality aluminum fencing and railing products used in residential and commercial projects across the country.

What You'll Do:

Remove products from extrusion and coating lines
Inspect materials for quality and accuracy
Package products according to customer specifications
Load products onto skids and prepare for shipment
Apply protective materials to prevent shipping damage
Perform light assembly tasks as needed
Accurately count products and complete documentation
Assist in various production departments
Operate hand jacks and move loaded skids
Load and unload carts throughout production areas
Track inventory using paperwork and computer systems

What We're Looking For:

Previous production, assembly, inspection, packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience using hand tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

This is a contract position based out of New Holland, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
