About the role
Lube Technician / Shop HelperWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lube Technician / Shop Helper to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry. You will assist technicians with basic maintenance services and help keep the shop running efficiently.
Responsibilities: Perform basic vehicle maintenance services including:
- Oil changes
- Fluid checks and top offs
- Tire rotations
- Air filter replacements
- Assist technicians with general repairs and shop tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Safely operate tools and equipment
- Perform inspections and report findings to senior technicians
- Move vehicles in and out of bays as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required (training provided), but automotive experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to pass a drug test
