About the role

Job Description: Summary Reporting directly to the General Manager, overseeing the financial matters of the organization. Develop and drive the organizational and financial strategy. Maintain and safeguard the company's assets with regard to financial reports which accurately reflect the financial condition and ensure that proper internal controls and policies are coordinated with corporate policy. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Act as strategic business partner to the executive leadership team and financial liaison with the holding company. Coordinate month-end close process and prepare monthly financial reports. Maintain standard costing system, including calculation of labor and overhead rates and variance analysis. Develop pricing strategies, validate new business proposals and drive improvement to profit margins for existing parts. Develop monthly operating forecasts and annual operating plan. Serve as ERP lead, driving continuous improvement in systematic processes and reporting capabilities. Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures. Performs other duties as requested.
Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA certification preferred.10-15 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Must possess experience implementing and developing ERP systems. Power user proficiency with Microsoft Excel required. Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interface effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
