Role Overview: The Video Producer develops and produces compelling video and multimedia content that advances Fello’s mission, strengthens its brand, and supports organizational priorities. This hands‑on role takes projects from concept through final delivery, including creative development, production, filming, editing, and post‑production, while collaborating with the Director of Strategic Communications and colleagues across Fello to create engaging content for digital, social, web, fundraising, internal communications, events, and other organizational needs.
Qualifications Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, creative video producer who can independently manage projects from concept through final delivery, including scripting, pre‑production, filming, editing, and post‑production. They are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, and can create motion graphics such as logo stings, lower thirds, title screens, and animated infographics. They can plan and run shoots, including lighting, audio, equipment, and location logistics. They are a natural storyteller with excellent writing and editing skills, and they distill complex messages into compelling, authentic visual narratives. They work well under pressure, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization. They are detail‑oriented and highly organized. Educational and Experience Requirements This position requires a high school diploma and three years of experience in video production and creating multimedia content, with a bachelor's degree in communications, video production, film, media arts, or a related field preferred. Graphic design and photography experience are also a plus. Work Schedule and Telework This position is full‑time, based in Linthicum, with a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday during Fello's office hours and some night and weekend hours based on the organization’s needs. This position is eligible for moderate telework options.
