About the role

Supporting important national research projects, the part-time Phone Project Assistant will conduct telephone interviews with study participants, utilize a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system, and enter survey responses into a database while working remotely.
Key responsibilities: Conduct research interviews with study participants by telephone Utilize a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system for outreach Follow standardized procedures and scripts to ensure consistency across surveys Required qualifications 1-3 years of prior customer service, call center, research, or interviewing experience preferred Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week; weekend availability required Strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability and high-quality productivity
