About the role
To support a growing revenue operations function, the part-time contract Fractional RevOps Engineer will design and maintain CRM and billing integrations, manage complex account hierarchies, and implement automation workflows in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain CRM architecture in HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting for multi-location accounts
Synchronize billing data from Stripe with CRM records to provide insights on churn, expansion, and payment signals
Build and manage automation processes using Zapier and custom scripting to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
4+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales/marketing operations with a builder profile
Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot, including custom objects and complex account structures
Production experience with Stripe and various billing models, including usage-based billing
Proficient in SQL and data modeling for analytics and reporting
Experience with automation tools like Zapier and familiarity with AI APIs such as Claude
