What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC OD/ID grinding machines
- Load and modify G-code programs as needed
- Install and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces
- Perform precision inspections to ensure parts meet exact specifications
- Troubleshoot issues and adjust machines for optimal performance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience with G-code, CNC setup, and part inspection
- Prior OD/ID grinding experience is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of machining operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, detail-driven, and organized
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
