About the role

HR Business Partner VThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers. Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: 12+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role Experience helping global and/or highly matrixed organizations scale Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills at the executive level Effective communication and critical thinking skills Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusive work environments Demonstrates project management and change management experience at scale Experience using data to identify insights that drive action Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and cultivating relationships across teams Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solving problems at the organizational level
Preferred Qualifications: BA/BS degree; advanced degree (MBA, MS) a plus Significant experience supporting organizations through large-scale transformation, restructuring, or automation-driven change Deep familiarity with AI/ML landscapes and the workforce implications of automation and agentification Experience partnering with VP+ leaders navigating transformational change at enterprise scale Track record of designing and implementing change management strategies for technology-driven workforce evolution Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies PrideGlobal and its affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
