About the role

Novipax Paxinos is seeking an Assistant Operator to support line setup, changeovers, and material handling on the production floor in Paxinos, PA. The role includes adjusting die heads, feeding raw materials, and assisting the QA Packer as needed. You will keep work areas clean, operate cranes and forklifts safely, and follow safety rules while helping meet production targets. This is an on-site role emphasizing teamwork and quality standards.
