Job Title - Senior Salesforce BALocation - Remote within the U.S.
Role Type: Contract-to-Hire (6-month contract with intended conversion)
Must Have
Skills: Strong background configuring and supporting Salesforce CRMProven Business Analyst experience with excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to develop current-state and future-state process maps Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand business problems before proposing solutions Genuine curiosity about business needs, with the ability to dig into why changes are being requested rather than simply documenting requirements Responsibilities and Job Details: Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce CRM initiatives Configure and support Salesforce CRM based on identified business needs Develop current-state and future-state process maps to identify opportunities for improvement Analyze business challenges and underlying needs before recommending potential solutions Engage stakeholders through thoughtful questioning to understand the purpose and desired outcomes behind requested changes Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed Salesforce solutions align with business processes and objectives Support ongoing Salesforce enhancements, configuration changes, and business process improvements Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate requirements and recommend effective solutions Position begins as a 6-month contract with the intention of converting to full-time employment Candidates must be eligible to convert to full-time employment without requiring visa sponsorship
