About the role
Amperesand, Inc. is seeking a seasoned facilities leader for multi-site operations in Reno. The role drives end-to-end infrastructure projects, managing electrical, mechanical, and lab spaces while coordinating contractors and permits. You'll own budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to bring new capacity online. Expect hands-on work on production lines, rigging coordination, and active collaboration with Eng, Manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure safe, compliant, and timely
