My client is seeking an Applications Engineer to support the development of complex power distribution solutions across switchgear, switchboards, PDUs and integrated power systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing power infrastructure business, working closely with customers, sales teams and engineering to deliver tailored solutions for demanding applications, including data centers and other mission-critical environments.
What You’ll Do: Develop technical solutions for complex LV/MV power distribution applications, including switchgear, switchboards and PDUs. Strong customer-facing, communication and problem-solving skills. Data center experience, knowledge of UL/NEC/IEEE/NEMA standards, and familiarity with CAD or CPQ tools would be advantageous. If you're looking to take the next step in your career within power distribution and critical infrastructure, I'd be keen to speak with you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
