Role Description: The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Monterey, TN. The role involves driving new business opportunities, presenting company products and services to potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate with the internal team to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals, helping to grow and sustain the company’s success. While some leads will be provided, the Sales Representative will also be responsible for generating their own leads.
Qualifications: Strong skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development Excellent abilities in Relationship Building and Customer Service Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently Previous experience in roofing, construction, or related industry is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
