Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMTeam Support The client has a strong support structure available with experienced assistants and tenured site managers to help the Orthodontist be successful while on assignment.
Requirements:
DMD or DDS from accredited dental school Active, unrestricted state dental license or in the process of obtaining a license upon graduation Credentialing required: CPR/BLS certification, DEA certification, and NPI number
